$135.00 a night, including breakfast
Each additional guest: $15.00

There are no taxes.

No charges for children under 5.

Please note:

      We have a minimum two-night stay.

      One-night occupancy is possible

     for an additional fee of $20.00

      Weekly and monthly rates available

      Free pickup from the ferry in Langdale

     Our premises are non-smoking

     Check-in time:  after 3 pm
      Check-out time: 11 a.m. 

     Sometimes, a noon check-out is possible.

      Please inquire.

As for cancellations, please note that there are no charges if you let us know at least 10 days before your reservation date. There is a one day charge if you cancel in less than 10 days. If less than 24 hours, you owe us the full amount.

We understand life sometimes happens and you regret you can’t come. If we manage to fill the suite on the day of your arrival, we will not charge you.
